Five years ago, a medical diagnosis forced her to go gluten-free out of pure necessity. What began as a restriction became an uncompromising obsession with quality — the kind that refuses to settle for “good enough for gluten-free.”
Known locally as the area’s “Martha Stewart” for her elite eye for design, flawless event execution, and meticulous craftsmanship, she brought that exact standard into her baking. GFAF Baking exists at that intersection: high-end, beautiful, meticulously crafted artisan treats with zero compromises, zero chalky textures, and zero apologies.
